These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Auto Reply for Facebook and aimetasuite.com. Please read them carefully, as by using our Extension or Site you agree to be bound by them.
By installing or using AI Auto Reply for Facebook ("the Extension") or visiting aimetasuite.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the Extension or use the Site.
The Extension is provided as a productivity tool to assist you in replying to comments inside Meta Business Suite. You are responsible for the content of any reply you choose to send. AI-generated text may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable language; review every reply before sending.
The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Facebook" and "Meta Business Suite" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Free plan is provided at no cost with a fixed monthly reply quota. Paid plans (currently "Starter") are sold as monthly subscriptions through our payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your initial purchase. Pricing in effect at the time of renewal applies. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price increase. You may cancel at any time through the billing-management link in your purchase receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Extension, the Site, and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of AI Meta Suite. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose under an active subscription. AI-generated reply text belongs to you, subject to OpenAI's terms of use for content generated through their API.
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Extension ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Meta Suite's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Extension is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Meta Suite from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of (a) your use of the Extension in violation of these Terms, or (b) AI-generated content you choose to publish.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Meta Suite is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings locally.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Extension after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
