Refund Policy

We want every customer of AI Auto Reply to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can get your money back.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the Starter plan within seven (7) days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund, no questions asked. We want you to use AI Auto Reply because it makes your work easier, not because you're locked into a subscription.

This guarantee applies once per customer, on the first paid month. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee but may be cancelled at any time (see section 5).

2. How to request a refund

Email contact@aimetasuite.com from the email address associated with your purchase. Include:

  • The date of purchase (visible on your Paddle receipt).
  • Your license key (or the order number from the receipt).
  • Optionally, a sentence about why. We'll use it to improve, never to push back.

You can also request a refund directly through the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email.

3. Processing time

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, within 5–10 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer:

  • Credit / debit cards: typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: typically within 24 hours.
  • Bank transfer / SEPA: 3–7 business days.

Once Paddle initiates the refund, you'll receive a confirmation email automatically.

4. Exceptions

The 7-day guarantee does not cover:

  • Renewal charges after the first month.
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase.
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service (for example, abusive use, sharing keys, or attempting to circumvent quotas).
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us. Please give us a chance to make it right.

If you believe an exception applies to your situation, write to us anyway. We're reasonable.

5. Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. If you cancel within the 7-day window and want a refund as well, mention it in your email.

Outside the guarantee window, you can cancel at any time and you will retain Starter perks until the end of the period you've already paid for.
