Open Google Chrome (or any Chromium browser like Edge, Brave, or Arc), visit our Chrome Web Store listing, and click "Add to Chrome". Approve the permissions prompt and the extension icon will appear in your toolbar.
Click the AI Auto Reply icon in your Chrome toolbar, then "Open Settings". On the settings page, paste your key into the License Key field and click Activate. You'll see a green "Connected" badge confirming success.
The "AI Reply" button is disabled with a friendly note showing your reset date. You can either wait until next month, or upgrade to Starter for an instant 1,000-reply allowance.
Billing is handled by Paddle. The receipt email you received after purchase contains a "Manage subscription" link, which is the fastest path. From there you can update your card, change billing email, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
Visit the Recover Key page, enter the email used at checkout, and we'll resend your key within a minute.
All major languages supported by GPT-4o-class models, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified & Traditional). The reply is generated in the same language as the original comment by default.
Yes, Starter plan includes vision analysis. The model "sees" the sticker or image and replies in context (for example, recognizing a thumbs-up sticker as positive sentiment). Free plan handles emoji and text but not images.
Yes. The text of a comment is sent to our service only at the moment you click "AI Reply", and it is not retained after the response is generated. Your custom prompt and settings stay in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Three things to check: (1) you're on business.facebook.com, not facebook.com; (2) the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions; (3) refresh the page after install. If it still doesn't show up, contact us and include a screenshot.
