Reply to Facebook comments in any language, even ones you don't speak

When a comment arrives in Spanish, the reply goes back in Spanish. In Arabic, it's Arabic. You don't switch tools, copy text into a translator, or guess.

Pages that sell across borders, or in bilingual countries, get comments in several languages under the same post. Answering them well usually means one of three things: ignore the ones you can't read, paste each one into a translator and back, or reply in English and hope. None of these feel good for the customer.

AI Meta Suite is a Chrome extension for Meta Business Suite. With Language Mode set to Auto-detect (the default), every reply is written in the same language as the comment it answers. That's on every plan, including Free.

Which languages work?

Replies are written by OpenAI's GPT-4o mini, which handles all widely used languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Arabic (including common dialect phrases), Turkish, Polish, Indonesian, Hindi and many more. Quality is highest in widely spoken languages. For a language you don't read at all, a quick back-translation before sending is a good habit for anything important, like prices or refunds.

  • Auto-detect (recommended): each reply matches the comment's language.
  • A fixed language (English, French, Spanish, Arabic or Dutch): every reply is in that language, whatever the comment. Useful if your Page only serves one market.
  • Other: name the language in your saved prompt (Starter and Pro).

Short "thank you" comments in any language

Comments like "Merci !", "Gracias 😍", "شكرا" or "Tbarkallah" don't need a paragraph. The extension recognizes thank-you and compliment comments in more than 15 languages and answers them with a few words or just emojis, the way a person would.

Questions

Do I need to set the language for each comment?

No. With Auto-detect on, each reply follows the language of its comment, so one post can get replies in three languages without you changing anything.

What if a comment mixes two languages?

The reply usually follows the main language of the comment. If your audience mixes languages a lot (for example French and Arabic), say which one you prefer in a saved prompt.

Is this available on the Free plan?

Yes. Language detection works on every plan. The Free plan includes 20 replies a month.
